Up for sale is a 2013 Gibson J-45 Standard, slope-shoulder dreadnought. This guitar is considered the "workhorse" of the Gibson acoustic guitar line. It features a solid Sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, a rosewood fingerboard, and a 24.75" scale length, delivering a warm, balanced, and punchy sound with a beautiful sunburst finish. The nut is 1.725" wide and the fretboard radius is 12".
This guitar has a L.R. Baggs Element pickup factory installed. It is lightweight at 4.4 pounds. It has been played and shows normal sings of wear, but nothing out of line. It has a couple dings on the front, pickguard scratches, some fret wear in the cowboy chord area, wear on the top of the neck where the thumb sits, and some finish checking. It is the perfect balance between great looking and used enough that you are not afraid to play it out.
It comes with the original Gibson hard shell case.
