If you are interested in trying out the acoustic 9 string sound, this is a great budget way to check it out. It is like a 12 string guitar but the octave strings on the lower three strings(E, A and D strings) have been removed. So you get the jangle of the 12 string on the top end and low end of a dreadnaught on the bottom end. It is pretty cool.
The octave strings and tuners have been removed from the lower three bass strings.
The lower three bass strings have locking tuners.
Get the jangle of a 12 string with the bass of a dreadnaught.
Includes nice built-in preamp with tuner.
No case included.
Someone else did the conversion, I picked it up before I got a higher-end 9 string. Need to move it along as it is redundant now.
