In addition to their well-known performance pianos, Yamaha has always produced a more affordable baby grand for “home” use. The 5’ 3” GH1 was that model throughout the last three decades of the 20th Century.
Built in Japan, the GH1 had a scale design similar to the C1 institutional model. It has an impressive dynamic range for a small grand – excellent for someone wanting to step up from a vertical or digital piano and enjoy the increased dynamics and pleasure of a grand piano touch.
With its striking polished white finish, this GH1 will make a statement in any setting. It’s in great condition and will provide many more years of musical service.
