This is one of two fully restored Model B pianos!
First and foremost, Steinway’s Model B is a highly desired piano. Embraced by the most advanced amateur and professional pianists, top level teachers and music institutions, churches, recording studios, and small performance venues, it is Steinway’s most successful model.
At 6’ 11” it is large enough to handle many live performance duties. Yet, it is significantly smaller than a typical 9’ concert grand, allowing it to fit in smaller spaces that could not handle a full concert-sized piano.
From the inner workings: action, hammers, pinblock, strings, to the finish on the plate, hardware, and cabinet, this Model B has been fully restored to like-new condition giving it, essentially, a second multi-generational lifespan.
