This is one of two Mason & Hamlin Model BB currently available. This is the older of the two.
The Mason & Hamlin 7’ BB semi-concert grand was a favorite performance piano in many North American schools in the 20th Century. It is loved for its huge bass, rich cello and tenor, and treble sustain.
Built like a tank, they could endure many years of hard institutional playing. And because of the materials and construction quality, they were worth rebuilding, remaining in service for generations.
This BB was kept in good condition and can still provide many years of musical performance for its new owner. If you’re looking for an iconic, powerful, rich American sound with impressive dynamics at a truly budget-friendly price, this is worth a look.
