Brand new. Never used, only assembled and if life was fair I'd be able to charge a hundred extra dollars for having to assemble that ba$tard. But anyway my lost your gain. I ordered a motorcycle rack thinking it'd be more solid for my e-bike and then I get it put it together in my e-bike doesn't fit in it so let me know if you're interested
