This is brand new...has been put on and tested and it works great! Brand is Gerbing coat (very good) for a man size small or a woman sizes S-L the control unit has 3 heat settings, low, medium and high heat. Plugs into the motorcycle battery unit for rider or passenger. It is brand new and costs over $500, purchased at Grand Prix Motor Sports. I have a brand new pair of woman's HD heated gloves, size Large, that will go with this but at an extra cost of $50.
