Slee Off Road has been making top-quality off-road products for Toyota 4x4s for the past 20 years, and we’re still growing! We’re known for our solid products like bumpers, rock sliders, skid plates, and more, and now, we need more hands on deck to keep up with the demand. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!
Who We're Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a Press Brake Operator to help us shape the future of off-road products. If you have experience with Amanda and Cincinnati press brakes, can read prints, and are cool with working on a variety of sheet metal parts, you’ll fit right in. Bonus points if you’ve worked with CNC press brakes or have a background in design and manufacturing.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate the press brake using best practices (we like to do things right!)
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to make sure everything’s up to spec
Ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards by comparing against documentation
Keep track of measurements and processes (we like details)
Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to get things done
Handle paperwork and document any inconsistencies or potential cost-saving opportunities
Operate a forklift (if you’ve got the skills)
Work independently and follow established procedures
Keep your work area safe and tidy (safety first, always)
What You Need:
Physically able to lift 50 lbs
Previous press brake experience and solid references
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (basic dimensions, welding callouts, etc.)
A passion for off-roading or the auto industry is a big plus (we’re all about that life!)
Perks of the Job:
All tools and equipment provided
Company-paid medical and dental insurance for you
Retirement plan after qualifying period
Paid time off (we want you to recharge!)
