Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Manage production team members on the shop floor.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
• Monitor production performance, output, and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory across two warehouses, prepare purchase orders, and communicate effectively with Crown Seating’s vendors.
• Identify production problems and implement solutions.
• Control production costs and minimize waste.
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of management experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and inventory control systems. QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of running a facility complaint with LEAN manufacturing/Six Sigma processes and standards.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
