A high-performance, self-motivated individual for a salaried position as a remote Project Manager for a national signage manufacturing and install company. The ideal candidate would have a home office, free from distractions where they can perform focused, full-time. Seasoned experience in the sign industry with a solid understanding and experience with engaging sub-contractors, negotiating pricing and managing the subs execution of permits, install and closeout. Note that the ideal candidate doesn’t need to be a seasoned PM. They just need to be seasoned in the signage industry with demonstrated success in a high-performance, high-volume environment. There are project managers who are phenomenal at large, multi-million dollar projects with large contracts who are not wired for small jobs that move at a high volume and pace. We seek the latter. Over the years, I have seen some of the absolute best project managers start as admins and once they transitioned to project managers, they were astounding at precision, high-volume PM work and multi-tasking. Historically based on my experience, these exceptional individuals are almost always female.
