Employment opportunity for an electromechanical assembler at a small, light manufacturer in
Lakewood.
Primary duties include:
- Assembling PC boards into boxes with cabling (no soldering)
- Inserting wires into connector housings
- Testing and preparing units for shipping
Must have strong dexterity and be comfortable using hand tools (wire strippers, diagonal
cutters, pliers, and wrenches), battery-powered screw guns, and a drill press.
Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, with a strong independent work ethic.
Full-time.
$17-20 Hourly contract position (1099 employee), potential to turn long-term.
