PS Audio a high-end audio manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. This is a key role for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving efficiently.
Key functions :
• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory
• Coordinate daily shipping requests and ensure accuracy
• Schedule freight pickups and work with shipping carriers, including international forwarders
• Complete all required international paperwork for freight forwarders
• Inspect incoming deliveries (verify counts, check for damage, match POs)
• Maintain organized inventory and material flow between departments
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and easy to navigate
• Support and back up other warehouse team members as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse management
• Certified forklift and stacker mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Self-starter with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across teams and communicating clearly
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; experience with inventory/accounting systems a plus)
• Working with NetSuite will be required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and move throughout the day
• Occasionally lift up to 130 lbs (with assistance)
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends if needed
Education
• High school diploma or GED required
