Conduct scheduled inspections on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns. Essential QualificationsExperience: Typically requires 1-3+ years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or related building trades.Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), and work in varying environments or confined spaces.Certifications: Vocational training, trade certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, Journeyman license), or a high school diploma/GED.
