We are seeking a full time inventory cycle count clerk for one of our clients in Aurora, CO
1st Shift
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities
Conduct regular Inventory cycle count to verify inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system (WMS) and ERP platforms.
Analyze discrepancies between physical stock and system records, performing root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve inventory variances promptly.
Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to monitor inventory trends and support demand planning initiatives.
Assist in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing inventory control procedures and reducing stock discrepancies.
Support shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling activities as needed.
Maintain detailed documentation of cycle count results, adjustments, and investigations for audit purposes.
Participate in category management, sourcing, and supplier management activities related to inventory replenishment.
Use data mining, analytics, and financial modeling techniques to optimize stocking strategies and improve supply chain efficiency.
Operate forklifts or heavy lifting equipment safely when required for materials movement within the warehouse.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain analytics.
Strong data analysis skills
Familiarity with ERP systems, management systems (WMS).
Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management is a plus.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively.
Experience with demand planning, MRP systems, and logistics operations is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Physical ability to perform light lifting tasks; familiarity with materials handling equipment like forklifts preferred.
Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting findings accurately.
