Requirements:
Set up and operate CNC Mill machine to perform precision machining operations
Read and interpret prints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues
Follow relevant QMS processes and procedures (including work instructions)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a CNC Operator / Set Up Tech or similar role
Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Experience with DMG Mori, HAAS, Brother machines is a PLUS!!
