NeedlePaint.com prints custom needlepoint canvases and sells Needlepoint kits and finished products. We are a design-forward company with the ability to create rapid prototypes.
About The Role
We are looking for a printer operator with a good eye for color who will make needlepoint canvases at our workshop. Each day this involves printing, helping with shipping orders, cutting canvas, and packing canvases into bags once they have been printed.
About Our Ideal Candidate
• Meticulous and patient — willing to perform repetitive tasks with EXTREME attention to detail. You can QC your own work.
• You have a great work ethic and want to make a difference in the growth and direction of the company.
• Your work area is kept clean and organized. You help to monitor and manage inventory of all the materials needed for production.
• Microsoft Excel at a basic level is a must.
• Photoshop at a basic level is a must.
• Print shop experience is a big plus!
• If you are a crafter, or really just love to design and create things, let us know your passion!
Hours
• Wednesday-Saturday for 10-hour shifts. (exact hours are flexible, but directionally 8AM-6 PM) = 40 hours per week.
• Hours may vary depending on orders.
Salary information
• $24 per hour taxed as W2.
Hiring Timeline
• This role will be posted until filled.
• We are aiming to phone screen candidates and then finalize in-person interviews the week of May 4.
• Goal start date May 13.
Location
This position requires working at our office location - no remote candidates please.
