Selling a brand new 24' round solarium. This kit has spent a lot of time outside, and has never been assembled. Some parts may need replacing, but I believe it has all the original parts.
I have a folder with instructions and the original $8000 purchase receipt, that I misplaced in a move and actively looking for it.
I need this kit gone, you'll need a large vehicle as there is a wall support beam that spans the entire sun room length.
