make / manufacturer: Pioneers
Three authentic pre-Civil War hand hewn dovetailed log cabins built by early pioneers in the midwest. Cabins are built completely with hardwood logs and a full semi truckload of period reclaimed materials to complete them authentically. We were going to have historic guest cabins at our place and collected everything we needed for many years. We have extra house logs, tons of beams, posts, poles, lumber, doors, windows, rusty tin, stoves, hardware etc etc. However after making a very painful decision we have recently decided to let the entire collection go.
Cabin logs have all been precisely refit with fresh dovetail joinery (enormous amount of labor)and individually tagged ready to easily rebuild and last another 200 years. These structures are primarily hand hewn oak and have tons of character and just right for your rustic guest quarters, Airbnb rentals, authentic workshop, antique collectors, retail display, historic site etc. You could also combine them to create an incredible historic family home just as we did with similar cabins a few years back. Ideal for a 1800’s style mountain homestead and classic western appearance . Note: color of first cabin is what the logs will all look like once final cleansing is completed which could happen prior to shipping.

Please note is not a cheapo kit cabin and there has been a ton of time and money invested with everything kept properly stored in Colorado to this point.
A true piece of American history that was standing long before the Civil War that could now be on your place. A rare opportunity with much of the hard work already completed.
Three log structures are all renotched and ready to stack on your location. One of these can easily be restacked in a day with help and you’re ready to start closing it in for finish work and final details to suite your liking.
Cabin dimensions are approximately 10x14, 14x16 and 14x24 individually. All Three cabins with a semi load of period reclaimed materials enough to build your dream spread and priced to sell at $160K for the entire collection. This is a fraction of the actual value for this enormous inventory, 2-3 semi truck loads in total.
Please do not bother us if you are an unrealistic dreamer without the funds. Everyone wants an historic old cabin on their place but few have the means and motivation to see it through. If you are the exception and want to build a one of a kind homestead that will have your friends and family in awe please give us a call for more details. Please note: finished cabin pics shown are very similar structures that I was involved in for reference showing potential outcomes.
Calls only please , other contacts will be ignored.
