3 of them purchased in 2012 for $1553. I am selling these two for $250 each. 3rd one needs replacement motor. If both working skylights are purchased, will include the 3rd one for parts or to be refurbished. Otherwise, the 3rd one that needs a replacement motor is being sold on Craigslist for $150 as it includes a working shade.
The other 2 skylights are much newer, purchased in 2020 for $1465 + $350 for the shade on one of them. The second one has no shade. If both of these skylights are purchased, I will include the non working skylight that has a working shade at no extra charge. These two skylights are $450 each.
I replaced them out of an insurance claim. There is some cosmetic hail damage as I show in the photos.

Rough Opening: 30 1/16" x 37 7/8"
These are great working skylights and I can recommend a great installer.
