I am hiring counsel for a newly filed pro se federal civil case in Colorado. My priorities are speed, precision, and risk control. The new complaint appears to attempt re-litigation of an issue previously decided years ago and addressed again in the 2023 case/appeals, where we won 100% of all the issues involved.
Current posture: I have a court order granting possession and an imminent move-out / enforcement timeline. I need federal counsel to ensure no federal filing disrupts lawful enforcement without an actual court-issued injunction.
I want an attorney who will:
• Identify the fastest defensible dismissal route.
• Keep my public communications tight and non-defamatory.
• Provide a phased budget and decision points (dismissal, then sanctions/fees, then any separate claims only if advisable).
• File a counter lawsuit against the plaintiff for obvious violations of section 11 of the federal legal code.
• Counter-suit probabilities: counter suit with sanctions practice (Obvious Rule 11 Violations/ inherent-power sanctions and money judgements, contingency fee possibilities, very wealthy defendant with very valuable free and clear real estate holdings), (i) Set fee costs, lump sum, and costs and expenses schedule.
