We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tree Climber to join our growing tree care team. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a paid working interview to demonstrate climbing ability, safety practices, and teamwork on real job sites.
Responsibilities:
Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals using rope and saddle techniques
Operate chainsaws and climbing equipment safely and efficiently
Work closely with crew members to complete jobs safely and on schedule
Follow industry safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience as a tree climber (production climbing preferred)
Strong knowledge of climbing systems, knots, and aerial safety
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
ISA certification a plus, but not required
