Several dozen properties need recurring outdoor services, specifically mowing, weeding, and irrigation system work. All properties are currently located in Douglas County, but additional work will be available soon throughout the Denver region. Commercial equipment preferred but not required. W-9 and basic credentialing documentation required before work begins. We pay quickly. Volume of work distributed will depend on the quality of your work and timely execution.
