We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable plumber and/or HVAC technician with proven skills and experience for various maintenance and repair tasks. This is a short-term job with the possibility of future projects based on performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in plumbing and/or HVAC systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to providing a high-quality service and work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Install new plumbing and HVAC systems as needed.
- Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing and HVAC codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively, providing excellent customer service and clear explanations of work performed.
Requirements:
- Proven strong experience as a Plumber and/or HVAC technician.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in plumbing and HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver´s license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and projects.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $70-80, based on experience.
Paid upon task competition.
