Two jobs:
1. White vinyl fence repair
- 22 crown caps
- 27–28 horizontal rails/slats
- 3 flat caps
- No vertical posts
2. Interior pre-sale finish work
It's a 6 bedroom house and most rooms need some level of work:
- Patch nail holes and a few larger drywall spots
- Touch up / paint trim
- Match or blend texture where needed
- Main level: hand-trowel texture
- Basement: orange peel texture
Important: I need someone with real drywall/texture/paint touch-up experience. This is pre-sale finish work with hand-trowel and orange peel texture. If your plan is just to spackle holes and dab paint over them, this is not the right job. Some walls may need full-wall repainting corner-to-corner after patching and priming.
