Experienced contractor needed, skilled in properly replacing doors. Need to replace/paint one interior hollow office door and install trim kit on one side only, for an interior office warehouse door.
A forklift grazed a table which then slid into the door TRIM and cracked it. The door jamb is fine on all 3 sections, does NOT need a door jamb in terms of no damage. Only the decorative trim was damaged. The door itself got dented/punctured so want to just replace it the door instead of patching it. Do it right.
I already bought a trim kit (primered)
I already have paint.
Seeking a contractor to do the following, please bid as follows:
1) going and buying a new hollow door 28-5/8" x 80", and installing it. (you supply door)
2) Installing the trim kit I already bought, and have onsite
3) paint door and new trim, using paint I already have onsite
(If for some reason it is cheaper to buy a prehung door with door jamb and all, that is fine, but please quote it both ways. Just the door, and then any other way you think is better/cheaper) This is an industrial warehouse not a home, so cheap is fine.
Located over off Santa Fe and Dartmouth Ave. in Englewood/Sheridan area.
