We are looking for a carpenter’s helper/apprentice to join our crew.
This is a good fit for someone who wants to learn, has good energy, pays attention to detail, and is willing to work hard. We are not looking for an experienced carpenter. We want someone who is newer to the trade, coachable, and willing to learn our way of doing things.
We do a mix of high-end residential work, including custom decks, outdoor living projects, interior carpentry, trim work, finish details, framing, and other custom carpentry projects.
The work includes helping with material handling, tool setup, cleanup, measuring, cutting, framing support, trim support, deck builds, and general support for the crew.

This is an entry-level/helper position with room to grow for the right person. If you have the right attitude and buy into the system, there is real opportunity to learn a valuable trade and grow with the crew.
