Landscape Trimmer Contractor Wanted - For My Denver Metro Rentals Bid Only
I am looking for experienced independent contractors to bid tree trimming jobs at rental properties in the Denver-Metro area. This is by-the-job work only. I am not hiring hourly employees for this ad.
Requirements: 3+ years of tree trimming or tree-care experience; own tools and reliable transportation; dependable, punctual, and communicative; able to provide a clear written bid after looking at the job; able to describe exactly what is included and excluded in the bid.
Work may include trimming overgrown branches, raising low limbs, clearing branches away from roofs/fences/walkways, cleaning up rental-property yards, and hauling away trimmed debris if included in the bid. No dangerous utility-line work unless you are properly qualified and authorized.
If Denver licensing, insurance, permits, traffic control, or right-of-way rules apply to a particular job, you must be able to explain what is required before starting work.
