Hearth Denver is a high-volume artisan bakery seeking a dependable Prep & Packaging team member for part-time evening work (3–4 hours per shift). This role focuses on food prep, portioning, packaging baked goods, labeling, and supporting daily production needs. The work is repetitive, detail-oriented, and consistency is essential.
We’re looking for someone reliable, efficient, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced kitchen. A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to follow systems are key. Kitchen or food production experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
