About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to help run day-to-day operations inside a fast-growing construction company.
This is not a passive admin role.
You will be responsible for working directly with clients, coordinating jobs, and keeping projects moving from start to finish.
If you’re someone who likes taking ownership, staying busy, and being part of a growing team — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Calling and following up with inbound leads
• Building rapport with clients and understanding their needs
• Presenting pricing (with support from management)
• Scheduling jobs and coordinating crews
• Managing communication between clients and workers
• Ordering and verifying materials for projects
• Tracking payments, job progress, and key updates
• Keeping everything organized and moving forward

You are the main point of contact for the client and the person keeping each project on track.
You will be:
• Talking to people daily
• Solving problems
• Making decisions
• Keeping multiple moving pieces organized

What We’re Looking For
You must have at least one of the following:
• Customer service experience
• Construction experience

You should also be:
• Highly organized
• Comfortable on the phone
• Able to think on your feet
• Proactive (not waiting to be told what to do)
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once

Work Environment
• Fully remote (U.S. based only)
• Must be available on Zoom during work hours
• Schedule:
* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST or
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
* Includes 1-hour lunch
