A few tiles are broken off on the edge of the entrance from garage in one of my rentals in Lakewood (Kipling & Morrison), as can be seen in the pictures. Need someone to fix it. Please let me know how much you would charge for the labor. You must know what you are doing and the result must look professional. I won't pay for a sloppy job.

I also have some tree branches that need to be hauled off in another rental in Westminster (Sheridan & Hwy 36). They broke off during the snow last week. We pulled them inside the yard, but they need to be hauled off.

If you can do either of these jobs, let me know which one and for how much. Even better if you can do both.

I am looking for a reliable handyman for occasional repairs and maintenance in my rentals. So if you can do general handyman stuff, and reliable, that would be plus as it can become a long term working relationship.
