Large Dead Tree Removal - Rental Property - Need Written Bids Only
I am collecting written bids to remove a large dead tree at a Denver rental property near Evans Ave. and Bryant St.
This job must be handled professionally because it involves a rental property, possible property-damage exposure, and safety risk. I will not approve work until the contractor is screened and provides a clear written bid.
Contractor should be prepared to provide:
- Company name and responsible person
- Phone number
- Description of tree-removal experience
- Proof of insurance before work begins
- Denver tree contractor license/credential information if applicable
- References or examples of similar removals
- Written bid with fixed price
- Scope of work, including whether stump grinding and debris haul-away are included
I prefer contractors who can handle the job completely: cut, lower, remove, haul away, clean up, and leave the property safe.
