Requirements:
- Equipment: Must own a reliable 4x4 truck equipped with a functional snow plow.
- Tools: Must have a high-quality shovel for clearing walkways and tight areas.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional snow plowing experience.
- Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Proof of active Commercial Auto and General Liability Insurance. Active vehicle registration.
- Communication: Must own a smartphone to receive dispatch alerts, track routes, and log completed work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for reporting site hazards.
- Availability: Must be on-call 24/7, including holidays and overnight, with a response time of [e.g., 30–60 minutes] from the initial call.
Additional "Good-to-Have" Qualities to Include:
- Mechanical Knowledge: Ability to perform basic on-site troubleshooting (e.g., changing plow pins or clearing hydraulic lines) to minimize downtime.
