Experienced Tree Trimmer / Arborist-Type Contractor Wanted - Written Bids Only
I need experienced independent contractors to look at and bid tree trimming work on rental properties. I prefer contractors who can give practical, written, job-by-job prices and who understand safety, cleanup, tenant protection, and property protection.
This is contractor work by the job, not payroll employment. You must control your own tools, transportation, safety equipment, methods, crew, and schedule, subject to the agreed completion deadline and written scope.
Minimum requirements: 3+ years of tree trimming, pruning, or arborist-type field experience; own tools and reliable transportation; strong communication; punctual site visits; willingness to provide a written bid; ability to state whether debris haul-away is included.
For work in Denver, I may require proof of any required Denver tree-service license, liability insurance, and workers-compensation compliance or waiver/rejection paperwork, as applicable.
