Experienced / Industrious Tree Contractor Wanted for Rental Properties - Written Bids
I am seeking experienced independent tree contractors to provide written bids for tree trimming work at rental properties in the Denver-Metro area. For Denver properties or any job where experience apply, I may require proof of a current tree-service license, liability insurance, and workers-compensation compliance or waiver/rejection paperwork as applicable.
This is by-the-job independent contractor work. I am not hiring an hourly employee. The contractor must provide tools, vehicle, safety equipment, labor/helper arrangements, insurance, legal compliance, and a written scope and price before starting.
I need contractors who can inspect the job, explain what trimming is recommended, identify hazards, state what is included and excluded, and provide a fixed bid. I prefer contractors who can provide references or examples of completed work after we speak.
Requirements: 3+ years of tree trimming or tree-care experience; own tools and reliable transportation; dependable, punctual, communicative; willing to provide written bids; able to work safely and professionally around occupied rental properties.
