We are hiring for a hands-on apartment maintenance position with a long-established Denver Metro ownership group.

This position is best for a skilled handyman who can work across trades and who understands how to keep jobs moving without unnecessary delays.

Useful strengths include repair work, tenant-ready turns, trim, doors, locks, fixtures, caulking, punch work, and finding practical solutions in the field.

Pay is $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on what you can truly bring to the job. Overtime when warranted. W-2 only.
