Compensation by accepted written fixed-price labor bid; owner furnishes major materials.
Established contractor, remodeling business, or experienced small crew wanted to submit a LABOR-ONLY BID for a two-bedroom apartment rehabilitation. The unit is approximately 870 square feet and is located in the 38th and Kline area described as Westminster, Colorado.
The owner will furnish the major materials. The contractor must price and disclose labor, supervision, ordinary tools, crew costs, and any requested charges for consumables, debris handling, equipment, permits, delivery, or subcontractors.
We are seeking a professional bidder who can:
Inspect and develop a complete scope of work.
Submit a final fixed labor price with stated assumptions and exclusions.
Coordinate any licensed-trade work and identify who is responsible for it.
Provide a start date, completion schedule, crew size, and progress-payment proposal.
Complete cleanup, punch-list work, and closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
At least three years of relevant experience.
Own tools and reliable transportation.
Dependable, punctual, communicative, and capable of honoring a written schedule.
Initial Craigslist reply must contain:
Full name, company name, and telephone number.
Brief description of relevant experience.
Preliminary labor-only price or range.
Preliminary scope, exclusions, crew size, and estimated duration.

This is a project bid solicitation, not an offer of hourly employment. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a written agreement before work begins.
