We’re looking for a reliable handyman to perform detailed quarterly maintenance at our Airbnbs in West Highlands & Olde Town Arvada.
Because we take safety very seriously, documentation is very important to us. This role requires someone who is comfortable using a smartphone, following a detailed digital checklist, and basic A/V & internet troubleshooting. The checklist is completed on your phone using a free app and requires uploading photos and short videos for most tasks. Some items include briefly filming yourself performing the task (for example, showing that a dryer vent has been cleaned). You’ll also need to be able to problem-solve simple technology issues, such as making sure the TV and soundbar are functioning properly and turning on together as intended, checking the wifi speed and reconnecting a digital lock when given instructions on how to do that. We’ll provide a small phone tripod for any tasks that require filming.
In addition to completing the checklist, you’ll be responsible for handling any routine maintenance or minor repairs that come up, such as:
Replacing smoke alarms, Fixing loose cabinet doors, snaking drains, blowing out sprinklers in the fall & winterizing outdoor spigots, and other typical handyman tasks as needed
Each quarter, the work typically takes 1–2 full days (up to 8 hours per day) per property, and must be completed within two working days, which is very doable.
Pay:
$20/hour (with max 16 hours over 2 days) + reimbursement for any materials purchased with receipt (paid via Venmo or Zelle once the checklist is submitted)

8. Do you have reliable transportation?
9. Are you able to commit to 2 days per quarter for this work?
