Updated: need someone with s ladder that can set on ground as oppose to leaning. There is chain link fence om myside about 4 feet high. On neighbor side 6 foot privacy fence but with space between the 2.

I need help please. Have hanging wires x2, either internet or cables, in my yard
Xcel came out and said not theirs.

Could someone cut them closer to the top?Would need an extended ladder, that can set on ground without leaning against something. My friend doesn't have this kind.

I need someone who is comfortable and know what they are doing.

I can't find any internet provides to help with wires x 2. Xcel said not their wires and won't help me.

Take a look in person and give me price.
