BID REQUEST - REMOVE AND REPLACE FURNACE - DENVER METRO
Project location is near Evans and Tejon. House size is about 1,300 SF. Looking for bids from experienced independent contractors or independent HVAC businesses for furnace replacement. Minimum 5 years relevant experience required.
Expected scope includes some or all of the following: disconnect and remove existing unit, supply and install replacement unit, reconnect venting, gas, drain, control wiring, and thermostat as needed, perform startup and testing, arrange permit and inspection if required, haul away old unit, and clean job site.
