Contractor is looking for a reliable hardworking helper in the Denver metro area to support our field operations. You'll work alongside our lead technicians on occupied and vacant residential properties, keeping units ready for tenants.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough move-out and move-in cleaning of residential properties
Apply interior paint (walls, trim, ceilings) on turn and rehab projects
Install LVP flooring including cutting, fitting, transitions, and underlayment
Assist with general repairs: patching, caulking, hardware replacement, light carpentry
Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, tools, and materials on-site
Follow property checklists and photo documentation standards
Communicate job status clearly to field leads and operations team
Requirements
1+ years of residential cleaning, maintenance, or property turnover experience
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper usage
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple properties
Physically able to stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in all conditions
