As a Field Inspector, you are our eyes on the ground. You visit residential properties and deliver detailed inspection reports that our bid and operations teams rely on to scope and price work accurately.
Conduct thorough walkthroughs of single-family homes
Capture detailed, organized photo documentation of all interior and exterior conditions — room by room, trade by trade
Measure and record square footage for flooring, walls, ceilings, roofing, and other applicable surfaces
Document scope of work observations for all trades: flooring, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, fencing, exterior, and drywall
Note materials needed and estimated quantities for each scope item
Complete standardized inspection forms with written notes to support each photo
Flag health and safety concerns, mold, water damage, or structural issues when observed
Submit complete inspection packages to the Skyward office team within required turnaround windows
