Looking for someone with a car amd irrigation knowledge of basic things to help us on some of our itrigation jobs, assist our other itrigation worker and step in and handle other landscaping jobs as needed nothing too hard and would be a plus if they can manage other guys at time tracking just what needs to be done and hours accurately making sure jobs are being done in a timely fashion in or under budget. Its basically a very independent position where we will tell you what needs to be done and you go and make it happen. Willing to pay more if you are reliable for 2 weeks and do great work professionally. We work a bit later 10amish to 9 Amish through summer, and its very much a make your own schedule just let me know if you can not be there. But can deal with appointments and flexible. I just do t want to deal with leaving in missile of day or nor being able to gwt ahold of you or hearing someone is not working or sleeping or has girlfriend in the car. I need someone sober, with experience and a great attitude who wants to make money and can problem solve with what we have and balance, handle logistics and just keep focused even when im firing stuff out just communicating i need x now and we need this and let's do this. Please let me know starting at 30 an hour will discuss things in 2 weeks if it progresses there. If you have your own basic equipment and are able to put the work in text me with experience and availability. Please don't call and be able to start today. Im not going to be on-site watching but we definitely can tell when someone does and does not do the job within the first day.
