The purpose of this position is to provide administrative, clerical, and receptionist support to the various departments. They will work closely with the Project Manager and Production to ensure that the projects flow efficiently and effectively by assisting in the process, from proofing, estimating, ordering and production in our sign manufacturing office. It can involve Proof of Performance (POP), billing, social media, assisting in light production and installation and computer work on estimates and invoicing. Rarely a dull moment because lots of things going on!

What you can expect from us:

A Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30pm work schedule
An hourly range of $18 - $23/ hour dependent on relevant experience and qualifications
6 paid company holidays, including New Years day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and a one week paid vacation after one year, increasing based on years of service.

What we're looking for in YOU:
Requires an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Skill in speaking with persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
Requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Strong work ethic – someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and is proactive
Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to use computer, copiers, scanners and binding machines, laminator and other typical workplace equipment.
This position requires the ability to handle different challenges each day and adequately prioritize those demands
Education and experience:
High school diploma or Equivalent required
Associates degree and/or bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, Graphics design or another related field) preferred
At least 6 months of sign company experience is preferred
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
A day in the office could include:
Assist Project manager or production with proofing, estimates; may handle marketing duties such as social media efforts for the office, May perform Administrative duties on an as needed basis such as: Perform administrative assistant support tasks; proofreading, typing, operating calculators, and computers; Operate telephone as receptionist to answer, screen, and route calls for the office; relay messages; Greet and answer inquiries for general public, customers and visitors, route and resolve information requests with a customer service focus; receive deliveries; type correspondence; assisting in light graphics installation such as window decals, weeding vinyl and lamination; maintain paper and electronic files; Filing duties for the office; There is also an opportunity to expand into marketing with added financial growth possibilities.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The primary work environment for this position is the office.
The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting, standing and talking.
