We are hiring a reliable and experienced Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing, and general construction repairs for commercial and HOA-managed properties. This position requires hands-on field work, troubleshooting, and routine property maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required. A company vehicle will be provided after a 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities:
•Diagnose and repair lighting and basic electrical systems
•Perform plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, minor pipe work)
•Complete general maintenance and construction repairs (drywall, tile, flooring, painting, carpentry)
•Conduct on-site service calls and troubleshoot issues
•Assist with installations and system upgrades
•Maintain clear documentation of work performed
•Follow all safety standards and building codes
Qualifications:
•Must have experience with electrical service work
•Experience in commercial property maintenance, construction, or service technician work
•Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs
•Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
•Experience with HVAC systems is a plus
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
