We are a growing precast concrete manufacturer looking for a hard-working individual with a positive attitude to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant. This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm, with guaranteed 40 hours.
In this role, you’ll help keep our plant operating smoothly by assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance; performing repairs and adjustments; inspecting and servicing yard equipment; documenting work; and helping with special projects and supply pickups.
Qualifications:
-Facility and/or equipment maintenance experience is a plus.
-Reliable, positive, self‑starter mindset
-Ability to plan, prioritize, and troubleshoot
-Basic computer skills (Word experience helpful)
-Strong attention to safety and quality
Position pays $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience. Health insurance available, 3% retirement match, and a great work environment.
