We’re currently hiring motivated Non-CDL Drivers who want to earn excellent pay while delivering outstanding service to customers. This is an ideal opportunity for reliable drivers looking to grow into Foreman, Elite Service, Logistics, or Management roles.
Competitive Pay & Incentives
• $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience) – Paid Weekly
• Sign-On Bonus available — especially for experienced movers
• $300 Welcome Bonus if you’re coming from Another Moving Company
• Monthly Performance Bonus: $500 – $1,000
• Daily Tips: $20 – $150+ per day (you keep them all)
• Full-time and part-time positions available
Top drivers routinely earn $60,000 – $80,000+ annually with our combination of hourly pay, performance bonuses, and tips.

Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• At least 3 years with a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Clean/safe MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Able to lift 75+ lbs regularly, climb stairs daily, and perform physical work
• Must meet qualifications to become DOT certified
• CDL is not required but is a plus
• Honest, hardworking, positive team player with a strong work ethic
