TSI Tower Services, Inc. is seeking full-time Tower Technicians to join our growing Colorado team. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and building critical wireless infrastructure, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the telecommunications industry.

What You’ll Do
As a Tower Technician, you’ll play a key role in constructing, upgrading, and maintaining wireless communication systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform all phases of tower construction, modification, and maintenance
Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas (including microwave) for major wireless carriers
Erect and work on various tower types, including self-supporting towers and monopoles
Identify materials, tools, and resources needed to complete each project
Perform coaxial cable terminations and operate testing equipment
Work collaboratively with subcontractors such as crane operators, electricians, and concrete crews
Complete high-quality work efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable climbing towers and working at heights
Willingness to travel within the state of Colorado
Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
Ability to properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles
Technical aptitude and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
2+ years of telecom/wireless experience preferred, but we will train motivated individuals
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License (CDL a plus)
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Background check and clean driving record required
Willingness to obtain Climbing/Fall Protection and OSHA Safety certifications

Typical Start Time: 7:00 AM
Typical End Time: 5:00 PM
