Ashley Lynn LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking garden helper to join our small landscape maintenance and garden design team for the 2026 season.
We specialize in high-end residential garden care throughout the Denver metro area. Our work focuses on detailed garden maintenance, seasonal clean-ups, planting installations, pruning, mulching, irrigation checks, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We take pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality care and maintaining professional relationships with homeowners.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Works well as part of a team
Speaks English
Has reliable transportation to each job site
Can maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while working at high-end homes
Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Can lift garden materials, tools, plants, and debris throughout the workday
Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Landscape or gardening experience is helpful, but willingness to learn and reliability are just as important.
Position Details:
Seasonal 1099 contractor position (May–November)
Part-time: approximately 15–25 hours per week depending on the schedule
Starting pay: $25/hr
