TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently hiring 10 warehouse associates for an immediate opportunity with a leading distribution facility in Denver, CO. This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee after successfully completing 90 days worked.
Hiring Needs
• 4 Loaders
• 6 Full Case Pickers
Loader
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Operate a short electric pallet jack
• Load and move products throughout the warehouse
• Assist with material handling and staging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures
Full Case Picker
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Use a headset-guided picking system
• Apply labels to orders
• Operate warehouse picking equipment
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
Training
No prior warehouse experience is required. Our client will provide on-site training for all new employees. Previous experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment is helpful but not required.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background check
• No drug screen required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Must be able to bend, lift, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
