A Maintenance Crew Member will maintain our commercial and residential accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc. The ideal candidate will be working closely with 2 to 7 people at any given time.
You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Maintain good relationships with all customers and employees. Help lead the ground crew and ensure we are staying on schedule and report any property issues to your manager.
Duties include and are susceptible to change
-Communicating daily with upper management and crew leader
-Ensure the maintenance of equipment and tools in a clean, secure, and appropriate working condition and that the equipment is in safe using condition
-Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment and report any issues seen outside of work task performed while working
-Performing preventative maintenance
-Report to work on time
Requirements
-Experience with riding/standing mowers
-Must have 1 year minimum experience
-No scheduling conflicts, must be able to work up to 50 hours per week and possible weekends
-Positive attitude and work ethic
-Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of summer on a daily basis
-Ability to lift 50lbs
-Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record
